5. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Refunds are subject to review and may not be provided for services already rendered.

6. Staff Conduct

All security guards are trained, licensed, and expected to maintain professionalism at all times. Any misconduct should be reported immediately.
