All security services are provided based on a prior agreement between the client and Ethics Security Service. Details such as scope, timing, and pricing will be outlined in a formal contract.
Payments must be made according to the agreed schedule. We accept various payment methods and may charge late fees for overdue payments.
Clients must provide accurate information and a safe environment for our personnel. Any misuse or mistreatment of our staff will result in termination of service.
While we strive to provide the highest level of protection, Ethics Security Service is not liable for losses or damages beyond our control, including acts of nature or third-party misconduct.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Refunds are subject to review and may not be provided for services already rendered.
All security guards are trained, licensed, and expected to maintain professionalism at all times. Any misconduct should be reported immediately.
